Aircrew Roster Converter
Turn your LHX crew roster into calendar events.
Your PDF is processed only on this device!

2. Choose export options
The planning period is selected by default. Additional roster dates outside the planning period can be selected manually.
Reminders can be added to all timed events or only to the first timed event of each roster day. All-day events have no reminders. Reminder support depends on your calendar app.
Your calendar displays events in its configured time zone. All-day events retain the roster date.
3. Review the preview

Keep in mind that only the official duty roster PDF is binding. Any liability for errors is excluded.
Calendar imports do not update automatically. Importing again may create duplicate events. Your published roster remains the authoritative source.
